Return Policy
At Serenora Fashion, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be times when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Cancellations & Changes We understand that plans can change. That is why you can cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours, before it has been shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, our standard return policy applies and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
- You may only submit a return after you have physically received the item
- Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
- You are permitted to try on the item, but not to wear it
- Returns of products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them are not permitted
Return Process
- Submit your return request via info@serenorafashion.com within 30 days of receiving your item
- We will provide you with the return address
- You ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs
- We always recommend using a tracked shipping method
Refunds Once the item has been received at the return address and approved based on the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer
- If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
